Phenomenal pastries! I always wish they were a little more economically priced and then I take one bite and understand the quality of ingredients used to create the outcome they achieve with their product. Definitely my favorite stop when I’m shopping at the co-op across the street!

Bakery was phenomenal. Their emphasis on attention to detail was outstanding and the baked goods were created to perfection. I will warn the line is long and starts before open but it’s a great area. The staff tends to each customer at a time and makes sure you have a great experience.

Bright Spacious eating area. Divided between tasteful seating options. Nicely displayed pastry and tart selections positioned on a long marble counter top. Tart samples protected by glass domes, appear as tiny works of art. Beverage menu featuring various types and sizes of coffee, espresso and tea. Servers for your order, brought to your table. Nicely sleeved knife and fork if needed. Pleasant, informative counter staff. We throughly enjoyed our Patisserie experience, and will return! P.S The “to go” espresso shot cups… first class ????

Amazing croissants and pastries in St. Paul. My hot apricot tea was tasty. My pistachio chocolate chip croissant was amazing. Worth waiting in line for on a chilly spring Sunday morning. There is seating inside like a regular coffee shop, however, noticed most guests made purchases taken to-go. Very pleasant experience. Very friendly and helpful service! Will definitely be back this summer to sit outside!

This is one of the best bakeries I've ever been to. I was in love with the smells from the moment I walked in and saw the cases of baked goods and the bakers in back rolling up fresh pastries. It was so hard to choose what to get because everything sounded great but I got the pistachio chocolate croissant. It had the perfect amount of crunch, flakiness, and sweetness and I didn't want it to end. There were 4 different croissant options (almond, chocolate, pistachio chocolate, and ham/cheese) on display on the counter and then 4 more options of desserts in a glass case. Street parking was easy. Great service. They also sell gift cards. No seating inside. Can't wait to come back.

Incredibly delicious! Friendly service with a reasonably fast line even on a Saturday morning. Be sure to get their version of a croissant-doughnut but you have to be early. Awesome!

Yesterday I came in with my two daughters and my son the host was very polite and sweet, explaining the details of every pastry , exquisite is the word I can describe this place. Each bread is unique. The flavors of each pastry is superb. It comes in a beautiful displayed white box with black ribbon. if you want to try something new, this is the place. Passionfruit tart is just as delicious as it looks.

Yes, the wait is long-ish, but it's bearable. The pastries are exceptional. Not too delicate, and flavors and textures marry well. I want for some of the more specialty items like the cronut and the macaroon, and was not disappointed. Would highly recommend to someone with a pastry Jones and an hour on their hands.

This is a must try spot. As others have noted the croissants are impeccable, in particular the chocolate croissant! It's a small wait time because the service is 1:1 with a waiter. In general the desserts are good but just buy the croissants by the dozens! The coffee was delicious and the place was cozy. There isn't much seating so if it is filled they will tell you that you will need to take it with you. The prices are reasonable. I will for sure be returning.

Definitely a cute space and plenty of parking around the neighborhood. My partner and I got here a bit later and unfortunately most of the pastries were already sold out. The staff were super kind and helpful too. I got the chocolate croissant and I forgot what the 2nd thing was called, but it had mushrooms and arugula on it. The chocolate croissant was was sweet and crumbly which I really liked and the 2nd thing was like French onion and it was quite good. I got the honey lavender latte and it was just right where it was just sweet enough and not overpowering. I would love to come again, but early so that I can try more things.
